• Recruit, source, interview and reference personnel for placement in broad scope of business units, with a primary focus on aviation, accounting, business development, and other administrative skill sets.• Recruiting responsibilities include: reviewing client needs and job responsibilities, researching market to locate talent sourcing pool, to narrow search results, qualifying candidates, performing in-depth in person interviews, checking and verify credentials/references• Other recruiting responsibilities include arranging and coordinating client/candidate interviews, extensive preparation with candidates for interviews, and strategizing with the company to formulate an offer that will be competitive and accepted by the candidate. • Utilize and navigate through the proprietary applicant tracking system
