As a GIS Support Technician, I support the day-to-day needs of our clients in regards with how they align with our Asset Management software, Lucity, and or ESRI’s ArcMap, ArcCatalog, and ArcServer. Through this role, I have learned to engage and work as a team with my co-workers and our clients simultaneously. I have learned how to access and query data in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access. I commonly build Crystal reports for our clients and make modifications to existing reports.

As an Implementer for Lucity, I work one on one with our clients across the country. I am responsible for the success of the implementation project as it is dependent upon the initial configuration I have programmed for the client. Several hours are spent on training clients to use the Lucity Software. This position requires me to be the lead implementer of numerous projects and also requires that I develop project management skills and scheduling skills, as I am simultaneously implementing and training several clients all at different phases of Implementation.
