I have had a long career in banking but frankly I have never considered myself a banker. I have always been in the business of helping people. Great customer service starts with caring. Caring about the work you do. Caring about the people you do it for. Caring about the people you do it with. I have always cared.I like listening to people. I am an active listener. I have learned a great deal from listening to people. Listening can make a great deal of difference. If you don't listen you will never hear opportunity knocking. I am energetic. It is much easier to be busy than to have to act busy. I am curious and a good learner. I believe in knowing one's craft. That is why I have always pursued any training or education which was made available to me. To make me better at what I did.I find that people ask questions because they don't know the answers. It is important to give them the right ones. And always the truth. It is how you earn trust and respect. The only way you can give the right answers is if you know them yourself.I have done many different things throughout my working years. I have worn many hats.
