I have been working traffic control and assorted construction tasks with the company im with, for over a year and a half. I've learned a lot about the trades and have noticed I still yearn for carpentry and residential construction. so my main goal is to find my path to that field of work. More specifically, I am looking to start the first steps of becoming a project manager for residential construction. I would like to start as an entry level rough carpenter or framing carpenter. Recently theres been some interest in joining an apprenticeship program for school & work to be simultaneous. I have a passion for engineering and have not had the chance to put my foot in the door of the industry. But the excitement to face that challenge never ends.I am a hard working individual that has tons of refined skills from 13 years of working. I have a degree in business to show I have the capacity to use important skills (i.e. problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and more) on day to day processes. My goal is to be a leader that can help guide others to be successful. However, I need a company willing to lead me in the right direction. My stubborn will can prove to you that I am an asset and I can surpass any given expectations.
