* Provide leadership, packaging design and technical support to the Sales, Project Management, Graphic Design, Production, and Contract Packaging departments as well as direct to clients.* Manage a wide variety of requests from initial design phase, testing, through to production for salespeople, as well as direct client interaction. * Receive wide variety of projects & requests, correctly establish workflow priority, and ensure that all are completed in a timely fashion while meeting the underlying objectives and requirements.* Construct and inspect packaging samples for neatness, and ensure that the samples are the best possible design for their intended purpose.* Make formal or informal client presentations with Sales regarding packaging or display concepts.* Responsible for ordering / checking incoming quality conformance of print plates and cutting dies. Work with vendors to assure print plate and cutting die designs are correct and materials are available to support customers orders.
