Current- Manage a team of 6 Service Desk representatives and conduct evaluations to improve workflow, efficiency, and employee knowledge in order to assist retail and corporate users
- Configure Amazon Connect in order for IT representatives to assist in phone calls.
- Upgrade in house Software using Java Swing and package into MSI Files to distribute to team for use.
- Collaborate with other departments to quickly resolve any major incidents that affect the entire company.
- Notify and coordinate when there are scheduled maintenance or big application changes.
- Distribute and create ServiceNow dashboards to improve workflow and efficiency.
