Profile bio

About Gregory Voth

Eleven years ago, I was leading a small team establishing a manufacturing industrial base in Afghanistan. We created and executed a plan to not only put the Afghan Army and Police forces in uniforms but used the US investment to put Afghans to work and keep them off the battlefields. My experience in Afghanistan along with every program I have managed was challenging, dynamic, fast paced and incredibly rewarding. The academic foundation for my work comes from a bachelor’s degree in physics and master’s degree in research and development management. As a senior program manager, I have enjoyed supporting and leading organizations to more efficient and effective project management, product development, and product support. My experience has shown that regardless of the type of product being developed and produced, effective processes are the universal key to success, and challenges can generally be resolved by breaking down stovepipes across organizational lines. Improved cross-functional communication accelerates development, saves money and delivers on customer expectations.Throughout my career, I have studied what works, lived the challenges, and led organizational change with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes. I am seeking a new opportunity to work with a cutting-edge organization after 21 years of service in the US Air Force. If you are looking for an experienced, collaborative, proven leader to drive your most complex programs please reach out!
