My team is responsible for:> Ensuring we deliver successful, repeatable and scalable MSPs, working with our client service teams globally> Forming a key interface between our R&D teams and customers as we develop new 'Service Provider' features on the Workiva platform> Driving account expansion and growth across our MSP account base through outstanding customer experience and support

Key achievements in this role:> Led the delivery of Workiva's largest single deployment to 400 end customers at the same time for one the worlds leading advisory firms> Presented a business case to Workiva's Chief Product Officer to explain the opportunity and product constraints associated with selling our platform to managed service clients. This contributed to the inception of a new R&D program to enhance the Workiva platform for managed service customers> Developed and implemented a new suite of client services for existing Workiva customers in EMEA, to drive expansion into new solutions, increase license revenue and protect retention> Developed a suite of risk tracking dashboards to give global leadership improved visibility into implementations that were encountering challenges. This plugged a key interim gap ahead of global smartsheets deployment for risk tracking> Created a new business process to document key knowledge about a customer engagement from sales through to client delivery, improving the customer experience by driving better hand-off between teams during an implementation

This helped secure critical liquidity during the covid-19 pandemic and supported the eventual recovery of Hertz global operations from Chapter 11 in June 2021. This work was recognized by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) as Mega Company Turnaround/Transaction of the Year> Developed a major cost reduction programme for New Look to ensure they were able to deliver on their business plan for lenders> Produced the financial and operational business case underpinning the merger between Post NL and Sandd in the Netherlands
