Current-Serving as industry and technology subject matter expert (SME) for all new MSP and VMS implementations.- Acting as Project Manager for new client implementations and working across the organization to ensure work-stream leads including Operations, Technology, Training, Back Office, and Supplier Management are engaged appropriately and held accountable for their deliverable objectives.-Drives full life cycle of new client implementations including master service agreement (MSA) review, client discovery, process mapping and optimization, complete VMS build-out and testing, VMS data upload, and post go-live hyper care.-Leading needs analysis assessment to ensure client process and technology needs are satisfied within the vendor management system (VMS) solution. -Plans, maps, and constructs all components of the VMS architecture to accommodate client’s specific process and program structure requirements.-Leads VMS user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions for clients and suppliers. -Owns and executes implementation project plan.-Creates and delivers communications road map for all new client implementations. -Develops guides and videos for internal, client, and supplier system and process flow training. -Maintains implementation, training, and contractual documents in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
