Lead the teams responsible for providing network, telecommunications, cabling, and server infrastructure as well as Service Desk operations for the City of Greenville. Managed the Technical Operations Group and facilitate effective team interaction. Plan, organize, and control service delivery of IT infrastructure services, server, network and IT operations functions. Responsible for the team implementation and operation of servers, network services, telephones, pagers, and all other IT service operations. Network domain structure had 134 servers in 7 domains that spanned wide areas and more than 1400 users. Responsible for the implementation and coordination of IT service delivery resources across business units to achieve goals and objectives of assigned projects within prescribed cost and time estimates while maintaining FDA regulatory compliance. Developed SOP’s and procedures to govern multiple sites. Defined and implemented security for cGMP data storage and comply with FDA Part 11. Provide effective disaster recovery from any single system to entire site.

Responsible for team’s performance objectives: Customer Satisfaction, Meet expense goals, Product Reliability, Response Time, etc. Responsible for Xerox Network Systems throughout Eastern North Carolina, both Hardware and Software from the Network to the end-user.
