Directed a team of 4 providing personnel, IT, and physical security in support of Red Flag Alaska Pacific Air Command's premier training exercise. Continues to plan and execute exercise operations for Red Flag AK, Cope North, and Northern Edge.

Directed daily operations of 22 military/contractors and 600+ deployed personnel in support of HHQ joint and combined air combat exercises. Implements Chief of Staff USAF's vision for Ex RED FLAG-Alaska; coordinates host wing requirements and assists management of $10M Operations and Maintenance budget. Steers 20+ DoD and international units per year to full combat potential via management of advanced mission scenarios in large force exercises. Also operation supervisor for exercises PACAF Cope North and INDOPACOM Northern Edge.

Led crews (up to 40 personnel) of students and instructors in 12 specialties in operating the USAF E-3 AWACS aircraft, conducting training missions that graduated pilots, navigators, airborne technicians, communication and data link specialists, aircraft controllers, and more.

Coordinated aircraft command and control for the USAF and South Korean military aircraft. Directed defensive aircraft, missile operations for real world and exercises. Disseminated senior leadership direction to all levels.

Led unit training in 9 specialties for new comers as well as training future instructors for 100 personnel. Also worked as a crew commander and senior director for a 10 member crew providing direction for hundreds US military and civil aircraft in three theaters. Provided expertise for setup and maintenance for unit data links as a qualified Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO).
