Control testing of embedded software for aircraft control systems. Used Clear Case to manage changes to test cases, problem reports and document updates. Used Code Composer and LABVIEW to flash the control software to the controller board and ran test cases created using Microsoft Excel. Resolved test issues using MATLAB.• Identified inadequate system design for Boeing 787 controller and recommended changes, which met customer “throughput” requirements and achieved acceptance.• Chosen to perform oversight reviews on products created within the software department.

Supported software products that handled material within in a fabrication facility. Interfaced with customers in Europe and Asia, resolving issues relating to their specific products. The programming languages used were written in C and C++ under the UNIX environment.• Assigned to handle punch list items for Infinion and resolved all issues and ran with no down time for over seven years.• Designed a conveyor storage system, which significantly improved product delivery times to the processing area.• Migrated a new material handling system for Motorola, which provided a friendlier user experience and improved reliability and efficiencies.

Designed, coded, implemented and supported material handling systems. The programming language used was C with CTREE or Oracle as the database managers. The query interface to the Oracle database was SQL. Created database layouts.• Chosen to design the largest Federal Reserve Bank’s material handling system in East Rutherford, New Jersey and deployed it on time and on budget.• Designed and implemented a new software package, which replaced costly, inefficient Legacy material handling systems.• Provided a timely solution for the Federal Reserve Bank’s automated material handling system, allowing for millions of dollars to be electronically accounted for in a critical 12-hour window.
