Leading the new product rollout of Dual Specialty Needs Plans (D-SNP) for fourteen states (TN, PA, TX, AL, FL, GA, DE, MS, MD, NC, DC, AR, CO, CT) servicing 93,000 beneficiaries for dual eligibility – Medicaid/Medicare services for this new health care coverage. Project Success included: Building the platform and process for future growth into additional states and markets annually. This new market allowed 20% overall growth from the Government Division.• 2023 CMS regulatory compliance project, new maximum out-of-pocket (MOOP) calculation successfully completed for AL, FL, TX on time and budget as mandated. • Program Management of an automated claims process reduction project. This automation success reduced the manual support time required from 54 FTEs for 20,000 claims per month. • DELIVERY MANAGER SUPPORTING THE CORE PLATFORMS TEAM FOR CENTENE-TECH WELLNESS & MIPS REDUCTION - THIS WORK WAS TO SUPPORT THE EVERNORTH TECHNOLOGY WELLNESS INITIATIVE FOR FUTURE INNOVATION WITHIN EVERNORTH.
