• Program Management supporting the U.S. Government Service Division. Leading the new product rollout of Dual Specialty Needs Plans (D-SNP) for fourteen states (TN, PA, TX, AL, FL, GA, DE, MS, MD, NC, DC, AR, CO, CT) servicing 93,000 beneficiaries for dual eligibility – Medicaid/Medicare services for this new health care coverage. Project Success included: Building the platform and process for future growth into additional states and markets annually. This new market allowed 20% overall growth from the Government Division.• 2023 CMS regulatory compliance project, new maximum out-of-pocket (MOOP) calculation successfully completed for AL, FL, TX on time and budget as mandated. • Program Management of an automated claims process reduction project. This automation success reduced the manual support time required from 54 FTEs for 20,000 claims per month. • DELIVERY MANAGER SUPPORTING THE CORE PLATFORMS TEAM FOR CENTENE-TECH WELLNESS & MIPS REDUCTION - THIS WORK WAS TO SUPPORT THE EVERNORTH TECHNOLOGY WELLNESS INITIATIVE FOR FUTURE INNOVATION WITHIN EVERNORTH. THE PROJECT WAS FOCUSED ON MODERNIZING, AUTOMATING, SIMPLIFYING AND HARDENING OUR TECHNOLOGY FOOTPRINT FOR MIGRATION. • PROJECT SUCCESS INCLUDED: THIS INITIATIVE WAS TO FORTIFY RESILIENCE ACROSS 6 PLATFORMS CRD/PA, SPECIALTY, CLAIMS ADJUDICATION, DIGITAL, CONTACT CENTER AND BACK-END PHARMACY FOR AUTOMATION/ MIGRATION TO NEW PLATFORMS SUCCESSFULLY ON TIME AND UNDER BUDGET • My role included creating and maintaining business requirements, change management, coordination of teams across multiple business & technical platforms, weekly sponsorship and team meetings, project plans, risk management, status reporting, budget management and EPMO tracking reports using Agile delivery methodology and tools.

• Program Management supporting the Specialty Service Division, including Dental, Vision and L&D under the Commercial Business Group for new product development, migrations, Broker & Member portals redesign and updates. Successfully delivered within budget and timeline • Program Management supporting Government Services Division, Medicare Advantage product migration of customer’s medical, claims and billing data. Customer Service, IVR & Telephony and Provider, Broker & Member portals. Data migration/FACETS updates to streamline process changes for market expansion for CMS. • Program Management supporting Government Services Division, (Health Care Reform) Medicaid Poverty Level Expansion Program including all Anthem states. • Program Management supporting Medicaid & Medicare portfolio from the internal PMO, including many Medicaid Mandates and new state implementations/expansions for Wisconsin, CA, and the full Reclaim of Indiana Medicaid program. • Program Management Commercial Business Division portfolio from the internal PMO, including several new state products developments. Medicaid RX Drug Rebate Program, Medicare Audit Program, Behavior Health Roll-out Program for several states. Marketing programs including web portal integration with Provider/Member company web sites. • Program Management from the internal PMO, Facets System Upgrades. Managed 40-50 other systems Small Change Request (SSCRs). Many of these smaller initiatives 100K -300K required for annual plan changes, both IT and business outside of the company PMO support office. This process improved time to market changes dramatically because of less restrictions around the PMO (LEAN) delivery processes and tools.

• Program Management for Sales & Marketing team, Demand IT delivery of many go-live sales and marketing initiatives supporting new drug development including Cialis and Prasugrel following FDA approval and some that did not get approval for other “Brand” sales groups.• Program Management for Sales & Marketing team, Demand IT delivery of portal front-end streamline intuitive for better content management and speed to market for “Brand” web portals.• Program Management for Sales & Marketing team, Demand IT delivery of new provider search tool as part of each “Brands” portal redesign project going forward.• Program Management for Sales & Marketing team, Demand IT delivery of many Direct Marketing campaigns, e Detailing Sales tool build, Closed Loop Marketing Strategy • Program Management for Sales & Marketing team, Demand IT delivery of many sales’ assistance programs/campaigns used by sales associates in providers’ office to support “Brand” teams. • My role for each of the above projects included creating project charters and maintaining business requirements, change management, coordination of teams across multiple business & technical platforms, weekly sponsorship and team meetings, project plans, risk management, status reporting, budget management and EPMO tracking reports using Critical Chain & Waterfall delivery methodology and tools.
