My name is Gregory Young, and welcome to my page. Straight out of college I threw myself into full time employment with Carnival Cruise Line, June 2010, and through the years climbed into the seat of a management role. I have been incredibly fortunate to perform on stages with amazing talent that continues to drive me to be the best I can be, as well as bring smiles to those being entertained in the audience.Currently I am in the role of Cast Manager with Carnival Cruise Line, and some basic information about my responsibilities as manager of the cast includes.1. Responsible for managing the Playlist Performers.2. Contracted to perform in shows on my assigned vessel.3. Embrace the Carnival Service Values.4. Advise and Counsel all cast members as needed.5. Support the well-being and morale while being a liaison between Department Head, Hotel Director, and Shore Side Management.6. Execute clear communication that is necessary information to my cast.What makes me qualified for the position I am in:1. Strong leadership skills with the capacity to balance work and personal relationships.2. Attention to detail with the ability to develop and nurture performance skills within my cast.3.Strong interpersonal skills with a positive outlook; administration skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Office.4.
