Greetings! I'm often likened to a "Cisco router" by my friend Andy—a fitting analogy as I thrive on connecting people. With a background steeped in sales, ranging from trading baseball cards and managing a newspaper route to navigating the realms of real estate, advertising, marketing, and education, I've honed my skills as a versatile and adept connector.Currently, I serve as a licensed Ohio REALTOR at Keller Williams Capital Partners in central Ohio, contributing to the vibrant real estate landscape. Additionally, I founded and led O’ Uniforms, operating as MEDOutfitters, a Columbus-based mobile event maker and reseller specializing in medical apparel and footwear. My professional journey includes a stint as an Ohio licensed Secondary Education Teacher and basketball/golf coach at several high schools in central Ohio. Beyond the traditional classroom, coaching my two sons’ athletic teams from 2004 to 2016 provided some of my most fulfilling teaching experiences.Over the years, I've garnered valuable insights and expertise through diverse roles such as a Senior Account Manager, Sales Manager, and small business owner. Every challenge and triumph has contributed to shaping me into the seasoned business leader I am today. I deeply appreciate the significance of each day and strive to bring a positive, energetic demeanor to every interaction. In addition to my professional pursuits, I've taken on leadership roles in the Knights of Columbus, my son’s elementary school athletic board, and various local community causes. Having called central Ohio home since my days at THE Ohio State University in 1984, I remain deeply rooted in the community.Originally hailing from Toledo, OH (Go Rockets!), I embrace each day with a "Carpe Diem" mindset. I am genuinely passionate about fostering connections, and I'm always ready to bring my authentic self to benefit those within my network. Currently, I find immense joy in the ongoing journey, and I look forward to what lies ahead! 😊

Realtor With Keller Williams Captial PartnersKeller Williams Realty, Inc. Aug 2015 - Jan 2024Columbus, Ohio AreaI am a licensed Ohio Real Estate Special Agent and a REALTOR with KWCP.I handle most aspects of the profession including buying, selling, leasing and renting residential and commercial property, and connecting investors with high ROI real estate. My interest in real estate definitely resides in my upbringing. My parents purchased the house at 3035 Kenwood Blvd 43606, which I was raised, at the Lucas County Sheriffs Sale in 1971. It was big, and beautiful, and a real "fixer upper!" My parents (Dad labor, Mom management) updated and renovated the house continually until they sold it in 1984. As the oldest, I was on the labor team, and somehow my younger brother ended up in management? My parents will always drive thru different neighborhoods looking at the different homes and attend open houses. I have always found it fun and interesting to see how other people who use their living space. The company my dad retired from was a five person shop when he started and ended with 350+ locally and thousands internationally. The company was always in expansion mood. One of my dad's responsibilities was to keep up with the need for more office, warehouse and printing space. I spent plenty of weekends helping my dad move offices & equipment from one space to another to improve efficiency and productivity. While in college my dad was given the task of having a new commercial building built for the company. Seeing the entire project from inception to completion was a fantastic experience! The devil is truly in the details!!It is my pleasure to offer my professional and fun self to serve the needs of others. -

OwnerMedoutfitters - Mobile Hospital Apparel & Footwear Sales/Fundraising Events Feb 2002 - Jul 2015Columbus, Ohio AreaThe interpersonal dynamic between patient and staff at every health system has never been more important to a patient's hospital stay experience and health outcome. We describe close staff interaction with the patient the Care Bubble. What happens between the patient and staff in that roughly three foot area or Care Bubble is critical to the experience & outcome of every patient. And not just the clinical staff should be prepared for success in the Care Bubble either. Every staff member is a difference maker when they are inside the bubble. MEDOutfitters has a variety of ways to make the experience in the Care Bubble as positive as possible for the patient and their families. Health Systems spend enormous amounts of money on how the position their health system to provide their unique style of care. And rightfully so! Branding of the health system is critical to the impression the patient has before, during and after their hospital stay. The staff must be the initiation and the conclusion of any branding effort. If your staff appears professional and competent the patient is one step closer to having the positive outcome everyone is striving for!Providing professional apparel for every single employee can be very helpful only if every staff member is compassionate, understanding and merciful with the patient & their families.Health systems know one staff member can turn a positive into a negative very quickly. The staff at the best health systems do best in the Care Bubble. Does your staff?

High School English & Speech TeacherBishop Ready High School Aug 1996 - Jun 2000I really wish this position paid better! It was a terrific job when we were childless. I taught Freshman English and Speech Communication. I created BRTV which was the morning announcements broadcast as a news program. We began using "wireless laptops" to write & submit papers & projects. This was super cutting edge technology for those of you under the age of 30. The school was run very efficiently and I have stayed in concet with many former students.
