As an author, he has published multiple articles including external publications like the Oil and Gas Journal to various internal/client publications; and as a speaker, trainer, and consultant, Greg’s engaging approach ensures client ownership of the new processes and methodologies and pride in achieving the desired results. Greg has served as a personal and professional coach to executives and entrepreneurs and led process improvement, change management, and business development projects; as well, he has overseen some of the world’s largest M&A integration efforts. He has saved millions of dollars for clients by helping them make process and quality changes and made organizations millions more in sales by developing and guiding business development teams. Greg has focused on gaining results by paying attention to energy management even more than fact management; for the simple reason that in any organization, without human energy...all that exists is raw materials and potential. His BA and MS have a strong basis in the life sciences. More recently, Greg has obtained his Accident, Health and Life insurance licenses, and is helping small businesses attract and retain employees by introducing them to Aflac, allowing them to provide their employees with tax deductible benefits, that they choose and pay for, at lower group rates, that are portable...with no premium costs to the small business.
