Monitored and participated in critical part meetings requiring visibility. · Collaborated with key leadership to drive down shortages and meet the requirements of the customer. Assigned personnel to critical suppliers as deemed necessary by the customer. · Responsible for reviewing/analyzing key metrics and reporting out monthly and quarterly basis. This included On-Time Delivery trends as well as quad charts with key activities and actions.

· Managed and coordinated logistics and operational support for five military installations in support of 178 T-1A aircraft. · Directed a $75-million plus annual DoD Contract; ensuring daily management of sourcing, procurement and inventory management. · Saved the program in excess of $1-million dollars by reducing top cost drivers and working directly with OEM’s. · Managed the repair and induction process of over 39 aircraft at L3’s MRO facility in Waco, TX. · Exceeded metric requirements on a program that issued in excess of 600,000 parts in support of aircraft flying just over 71,000 hours in FY16.
