Areas of focus included: service quality improvement, process and work-flow improvement, increased efficiency and reduction in cost-per-unit repairs, use of service metrics, KPI's, and scorecards in Service Partner performance/evaluations.

Organized, developed, managed, and directly responsibility for Customer and Technical Services department operations including service development and delivery, technical services sales, dept P/L, service plan architecture-models-pricing, Call Center operations, warranty/non-warranty & product repair services, management of services-related channel partners (OEM, Distributors, SP partners), technical services billing-budgeting-revenue, direct Sales customer SLA's, contracts & agreements, T.S. facilities & staffing.
