Program Manager directing a team of Cross Domain experts for DoD and IC clients. Responsible for the architectural layout, design documentation, security measures, and systems security engineering capabilities as a chief architect, SME, and Visionary Engineer planner.

Supported the Defense Information Systems Agency Field Security Operations (DISA FSO), researching and writing security policy and configuration guidance in Application Technologies and Development.

Developed code mechanisms to automate the fetching of vendor neutral firewall, sensor, and vpn data. Then warehousing the data for analysis, presenting it to the customer in correlated web based reports, messaging (PDA, email, pager, voice, etc.), and downloadable documents (digitally signed PDF’s) for review. Implemented software and hardware systems to perform necessary data transmission, reduction (reducing the false positives), and storage using MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server 2k, under a scrutinized set of security policies for both government and commercial clients.
