As Vice President of the Engineering & Environmental Division at Bureau Veritas North America (BVNA) within the Building Assessments & Project Management Group, Mr. Bailey brings over thirty years of Project / Program Management, Environmental, Architectural, Engineering and Energy consulting experience. Experience includes managing Property Condition Assessments, Phase I and II Environmental Assessments, Drone Services, Greenhouse Gas Inventories, Energy Bench-marking Studies, Climate Resiliency Assessments, Renewable Energy Feasibility Studies, Forensic Studies and Energy Audits for clients in various market segments, including but not limited to Multifamily, Marinas, Government, Higher-Education, K-12, Housing, and Hospitality. Mr. Bailey has also performed expert witness testimony in support of construction and building science related litigation.Besides the direction of all BV Property Condition and Environmental Site Assessment services Mr. Bailey also directs the activities of the BV Construction Services, Climate Resiliency, ALTA Survey / Zoning and Seismic Risk Assessment divisions.
