When a client chooses an "Add on" to a project, I create and process change orders as needed, obtain necessary approval(s), and a signature. At the conclusion of the project I collect Final payment.4. Client / client management: -I keep my working client list between 25 and 40 active clients (re -prioritizing this list daily).-I check in with past clients every 6 months.-After a quote is presented 3-5 attempts to contact are made on every lead to obtain status.
