Siromed Physician Services/A4 is a physician service organization of 150 anesthesiologists and CRNAs that provides services in the United States. Responsibilities include practice operations, governance, finance, human resources management, and insurance contracting. As part of the practice portfolio I oversee the revenue cycle management company, Midwest Anesthesia Consultants and a temporary staffing company, G.A.S.Siromed/A4 provides anesthesia services for more multiple health care systems, provides multi-center out-patient pain management practice and offers in-office anesthesia for several sub-specialties. A4 is a key partner for hospitals in implementing key initiatives such as perioperative surgical home models, opioid avoidance, and multimodal pain management.

Responsible for achieving the mission, vision and operational performance for two acute psychiatric hospitals. Creating a culture of respect and empowerment for some of the most vulnerable members of society.The Behavioral Center of Michigan (BCOM) and the Samaritan Behavioral Center are Joint Commission Accredited. Together the two hospitals primarily service Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties in Michigan, but will receive patients from anywhere in the state for specialized care.
