Current responsibilities Retired from JLL in November, 2024. ExperienceGreg was Senior Project Manager on the National Grid account overseeing capital projects at National Grid's sites throughout Upstate New York, New York City and Long Island which including fleet parking and maintenance garages, industrial storage warehouses as well as corporate offices and customer service centers. Greg was Senior Project Manager, Small Jobs, on the IBM account, managing capital and expense projects at IBM's 277 acre Armonk Headquarter campus including approximately 1M square feet of office and conference space in iconic headquarters building, IBM Learning Center, North Castle offices, and the Westchester Airport hangar. As Senior Planning Manager on the HSBC account Greg was responsible for project planning for HSBC office and retail locations throughout the United States where he managed the project planning cycle from concept development, design, budgeting, schedule development. Greg was responsible for the client approvals on each phase of the process and supported the team in execution through project completion. Greg was subject matter expert on HSBC’s Global Workplace Standards for office projects and participated in Global Design reviews of all retail projects, providing insight and guidance based on the bank’s global design standards. Prior to joining the HSBC account in 2013, Greg was an analyst in Lease Administration on the AT&T account where he handled retail and office leases in the Southeast US and Puerto Rico. Before joining JLL, Greg worked in retail leasing in New York City for home furnishings retailer ABC Carpet and Home and real estate brokerage firm, Sierra Realty. Greg enjoyed a successful career in private banking as a lending officer and relationship manager with U. S. Trust Company, ran an art gallery in Upstate New York and renovated several residential and commercial properties as GC/owner. Education and AffiliationsGreg holds a BFA from Parsons School of Design, an MBA from New York University’s Stern School, and an MS in Construction Administration from Columbia University. He is a LEED Green Associate and a NYS licensed real estate salesperson.
