International Business Manager

-As an international business manager, I am responsible for all the processes of import and export of machinery and equipment, mainly in the area of electronic production SMD / PTH. My responsibilities extend to overseeing the logistics, commercial, marketing and after-sales aspects, encompassing all details of the processes.-In addition to regular exports, Interbras Group operations involve back-to-back and triangulation. I also have experience in special customs regimes, such as Temporary Admission, Customs Warehouse and Bonded Warehouse. In addition, I have contact with their regime extinctions: destruction, nationalization (including used machinery) and re-export.-Management and financial allocation of lots of electronic components OEM Excess / Obsolet: In this model, I have the challenge of finding a profitable and effective destination for the overstock of partner companies who bought the raw material in more quantity than the required one or the stock of components left over from a product that they no longer have on the production line.-I perform analysis of new international suppliers in machines and electronic components, focusing on reliability and using tools to ensure the best cost-benefit.-Interbras' main customers and suppliers are located in Asia, North America and Europe, regions of which I had the opportunity to visit for prospecting, training and fairs. Including business training from Essemtec AG, Aesch, Switzerland, a company renowned in the field of production of machines inserting SMT components. I participated in Productronica e Electronica in Bangalore, India, in the year 2016 and I personally followed some commercial campaigns in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Humen, China
