Service ManagerCharlotte Tractor May 2022 - Aug 2023Charlotte Tractor is a Kubota, New Holland and Cub Cadet Dealer in the local sector of Greater Mecklenburg County and surrounding markets. I was the Service Manager for this location and had the duties of running a team of technicians to accommodate the support for the construction brands of Kubota, New Holland and Cub Cadet. I was responsible for making sure my technicians were up to par on their training of modules for each brand of construction equipment that Charlotte Tractor was a dealer for. Also had the day to day operations of time cards to be updated in the system for the payroll system. Managed all warranty claims for each of the brands to ensure Charlotte Tractor was getting every ounce of monies that is involved in Warranty work. Continually recruited and interviewed for the best talent available throughout my time. Conducted annual performance reviews on my technicians as well.
