The campaign deployed a wide array of paid and earned media tactics, along with pre- and post-campaign surveys to measure impact.Surveys conducted in both cities showed that the campaign increased awareness about Georgians’ right to insurance coverage of treatment for mental illnesses and addiction.▶ I managed all aspects of the awareness campaign for The Carter Center, including close collaboration with Carter Center colleagues and our communications agency partners on creative direction for messaging/images; creation and deployment of electronic and print paid media resources in target cities; development of earned media efforts with media outlets; and surveys to assess campaign impact and effectiveness. ▶ I coordinated special outreach efforts, such as planning and on-the-ground support for roundtable discussions in each target city to gather feedback from community leaders about best practices in raising mental health awareness in their communities.▶ I also assisted The Carter Center with other special projects, such as media relations Rosalynn Carter tribute events; planning and coordination of panel discussions for Center donor events; and project management of videos to showcase the Center's mental health work.
