Indiana - 8 To 12 Inch Modernization Project

The removal of an existing 8” transmission line and replace with a 12” line in multiple segments. Completed project data books, as builds, hydro packets, and monitored contractor OQ qualifications. Daily activities included witnessing clearing, trenching, lowering-in, welding, coating, back filling, drain tile repairs, hydro testing, purging, environmental issues, landowner issues, and new to existing tie-ins.

Saint Clairsville, Ohio - Rover Line Project

Tested welders for automatic welding, SMAW welding, FCAW welding, and repair welding. Monitored mainline welding, tie-ins, completed daily progress reports, supplemental tie-in reports, verified materials used, verified proper transitions, completed as-builds, reviewed/followed alignment sheets & line list.

Auburn, Alabama - Sabal Trail Project

Monitored tie-in, road bore, and main line welding. Completed daily reports, performed daily welding audits, verified transition fittings, verified materials used, check provisions on line sheets, reviewed/followed alignment sheets, and work with NDT/Survey technicians to ensure proper flow of work.

Ames, Iowa / Berlin, Wisconsin

Ames, Iowa- ProjectNew construction of 2 miles of 10-inch transmission line with 1 mile of HDD/convenience bores and 2 regulator stations. Completed weld mapping and as-builds for both stations. Reviewed and kept up-to-date on job specification/drawings and code requirements. Performed daily data entry and work package reviews. Confirmed welders were qualified, following the applicable WPS, and ensured correct welding techniques are being administered. Completed inspection of piping and structural systems to the requirements API 1104. Assisted in preparing and maintaining quality control inspection plan and records.Berlin, WisconsinDistribution Inspector in various locations in Wisconsin. Witnessing the installation of new 2"​, 4"​ and 6"​ main polyethylene pipe. Witnessing electro fusion, butt fusion, saddle fusion, and socket fusion. Witnessing the installation of distribution services, meter/meter bar installation, regulator installation, pressure testing, leak detection, purging, and retirement of services/mains.

Oakdale, Wisconsin ProjectNew construction of 15 miles of 8-inch transmission line with 6.5 miles of HDD, 1.5 miles of convince bores with 1 regulator station, and 1 distribution station. Developed and presented quality related reports and recommendations to senior management and company. Monitored the contractor compliance with quality requirements. Provided training and lessons learned to all of the inspection team. Managed quality professionals including Engineers, Inspectors, Auditors, and support personnel. Created weld map(s) for product identification and tracking. Performed reading and interpreting of engineering drawings to ensure drawing requirements were followed. Mcgregor, Texas - Bridge Tex Project

Monitored main line welds, repairs, and tie-ins on a 94 miles of new construction of a 20-inch pipeline from Rosebud, TX to Hamilton, TX. Ensured compliance of piping and structural system materials and workmanship with contract specifications. Reviewed and kept up-to-date on job specification/drawings and code requirements. Performed daily data entry and work package review. Performed in-process and final inspections (VT) on welded products. Recorded the results of tests and welding inspections on company daily reports.

Sweetwater, Texas – Energy Transfer Company Project Verification digs on a 12-inch transmission line. Monitored welding and coating activities. Installed stopples, bypass lines, sleeves, and pumpkins. Created weld map(s) for product identification and tracking. Recorded the results of tests and welding inspections on company daily reports.Kehoma, TX – Energy Transfer Company Project Monitored the fabrication of 16-inch pipe launchers and bypasses for smart pig testing.

Theodore, Alabama - Subsea Installation

Quality assurance and control of 2 production lines, 2 remedial lines, 1 procedure shop, and offshore spooling activities. Guided, supervised, and participated in inspection activities to assure product quality. Followed quality planning for the projects to assure compliance through proactive measures. Consulted with the Project Quality Manager concerning non-conforming products and respective corrective and prevention plan. Liaised with customer representative, Barge Superintendent, Yard Superintendent, Field Engineers, Project Quality Manager, and NDT/Certification/Welding Engineering personnel to ensure that quality problems were addressed and technically resolved in line with project requirements. Verified Quality Inspector’s effectiveness of the ability, job knowledge, punctuality, and generation of inspection report through periodic competency assessment. Exercised proactive approach in prevention of a problem by interface with Field Engineers and customer representatives on board in conjunction with the Project Quality Manager.
