I am currently leading the curriculum development team in putting literature to the conversion processes that promotes equity and inclusion in the EV conversion space. We develop programs and business partnerships that create opportunities in underrepresented areas. These partnership programs will ensure the forward progress in the mass adoption of EVs, both commercially and privately. I have a hands-on background in converting vehicles to electric and a birds eye view of the overall market concerning EVs and global infrastructure trends. My background and global studies have had led me to create a team that focuses on EV conversion training, economic development, and overall infrastructure that fosters mass EV adoption.
