Served as Scrum Master for multiple teams during the redesign, supported/motivated employees, and provided frequent progress reports. ➺ Recognized as the first in Meditech’s Implementation department to exclusively train a customer in home health, hospice, telehealth, and financial service solutions. Educated the client on system processes, features, and functionality as the solutions SME.➺ Strengthened Meditech’s digital capabilities by developing training materials and agendas for the clinical implementation of hospice house clients.
