Greg Dayko is a seasoned leader with 23 years of experience in strategy, acquisitions, and development. He maintains a multi-dimensional perspective shaped by extensive experiences as a corporate executive, professional advisor, and business owner. Greg is the Founder and President of Inlet Capital Group, a firm that provides strategy consulting and transaction advisory services to the construction materials and mining industries. The firm has completed dozens of engagements across 23 states, closed $500M in transactions, and built a broad base of clients that includes publicly traded companies, family held businesses, private equity groups, and other financial institutions. Prior to founding Inlet Capital, Greg served as the head of aggregate development for Rinker Materials, a publicly-traded producer of aggregates, cement, and ready-mix concrete. He also served as the regional head of acquisitions and development for CRH Materials, a multi-national producer of aggregates, cement, hot-mix asphalt, ready-mix concrete, and other building products. Greg has a B.S. in nuclear engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Duke University.
