I helped create the EJB's to hold the data, JSP's for screen displays, and the JDBC code to get and store the data in a back-end Sybase database. This application was hosted by a BEA Weblogic web server running on Unix servers, and the source code was saved in a CVS repository.o SunGard IntelliStor Report Storage System Administrator: Served as SA for this vendor-supplied product for two years, including the initial roll-out to Production. I configured the system to to recognize new report file layouts and to extract data fields from selected reports for the Data Query Tool or for the users to save as Excel files. I wrote Perl scripts to monitor incoming directories for unprocecessed files and to filter and convert incoming files into formats acceptable for import by the system. I also handled the addition of new reports to the system from source systems from throughout the firm.o Upgrading and ongoing maintenance of the IPMS Program Trading System: Upgraded and refactored the International Program Management System between versions of FoxPro, from 2.5 for DOS to Visual FoxPro versions 5, 6, and 7 for Windows, while also performing ongoing maintenance and the addition of new features as requested by the Program Traders, in coordination with a programmer in London. I also re-wrote the back-end interface to the TAS system when it was replaced with the SPIDER system to store data directly in the Sybase database. IPMS consisted of over half a million lines of code and several dozen screen and report form layout files, which all had to be laid out again when the system was upgraded from DOS to Windows.
