I am actively seeking opportunities in the field of cybersecurity where I can leverage my diverse work history and experiences to enhance my career. I bring a wealth of leadership experience having managed various facilities and programs at an entry-level to middle management level along with analytical skills in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Teaching/Education and Coaching, Account Management, Billing (including all parts of Revenue Cycle planning, Invoicing, Order Management, and Customer interaction and negotiation), and Accounting (including Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Cash Applications, Petty Cash, and Retail Reconciliation and Management). My background encompasses various healthcare fields (including Medicaid/Medicare and private insurance medical billing, service providing and auditing; durable medical equipment sales, services, and logistics; a corporate approach to IT management & coordination, super user applications and implementation; and HIPAA compliance in provider, insurance, and medical records settings and applications), education and coaching settings (pre-K through adult learner levels in formal, informal, educational institution and community based settings), and restaurant and retail industries in multiple locations and levels across diverse employee and customer groupings at multiple city, county, state and internationallu separated facilities. My experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of multiple-level positions and cross-departmental responsibilities within in-house networks and layered security settings. I have a strong grasp of HIPAA regulations and their application across all stakeholders. Additionally, I was a beta tester for Oracle O-15, which has honed my technical skills. Recognizing the utmost importance of cybersecurity in preserving confidentiality, integrity, and availability, I am continuously building upon my educational foundation to develop and refine my transferable skills from each of my previous roles. Additionally, I previously held a federal security clearance as part of a previous employment. I am eager to discuss these strengths further and explore how they can be an asset in a cybersecurity career.
