Over the course of four years I successfully led the local operation of American Medical Response through two separate competitive bid processes which continued the establishment of the operation as the sole provider of emergency medical services for the Mississippi Gulf Coast.Responsible for the South Mississippi operations re-accreditation of our Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services which is a nationally recognized accreditation that sets the “gold standard” for ambulance services.Through direct leadership, oversight and implementation the South Mississippi operation of AMR provided improved response times with very strict contractually obligated response time compliance responsibilities. These actions not only resulted in compliance but also resulted in a measurably positive outcome, especially for patients in cardiac arrests where the average survival rate approached forty percent for the annual report in FY 2015 and 2016.Maintained fiscal responsibility to the company by leading my operation to a positive earnings (EBITDA) year over year and continue to successfully manage the financial aspects of one of the largest ambulance services in the State of MississippiI am an established leader in multiple casualty events and am adept at team management with documented experience during and after every natural disaster since 2001 that impacted South Mississippi.

I am responsible for all aspects of the ambulance operations and provide management oversight to approximatley 200 employees.We have approximatley 200 employees in these operations and I am responsible for all of the daily activities of the ambulance service. This position requires extraordinary skills in communication and tolerance. Each day brings new challenges and it is a pleasure to mange these operations.

Gregory Doyle serves as the Administrative Supervisor for the South Mississippi AMR Operations. He oversees administrative and daily office and field operations under direct supervision of the Gulfport and Mobile operations.In addition he ensures adherence to compliance standards as established by governing agencies and providing education on all corporate programs. Among his routine duties, he is also actively involved in coordinating local ancillary agency training events and employee recruitment.

I developed, organized and implemented education and training programs for the AMR South Mississippi business unit. I also helped to ensure that our core values, management and supervisory skills/techniques, and clinical standards of care were maintained through the training and retraining of employees. I helped lead the developement of the organization’s staff to their full potential through educational opportuntieis and other activities.
