CurrentResponsible for selling distribution of pharmaceutical products and pharmacy services to new and/or existing large retail chain customers through face-to-face or telephone contact. Managing successful relationships for two of Cardinal Health’s top 5 strategic customers and interacting with top level executive. Up-selling of complex supply chain, business, product, and patient solutions to meet individual and organizational sales objectives. Key duties include: Aggressively selling to win new business and driving margin growth with Cardinal Health’s different products and services Building positive relationships with existing customer, new customers and fellow associates Negotiating multi-billion-dollar purchase agreements with retail chain customers extending between 3 to 5 years Understanding unique customer business needs and communicating key business points utilizing proper business acumen Utilize financial acumen and analytic skills to create complex financial deal offerings Collaborating with both clients and fellow associates to develop go to market strategies based on industry trends Providing guidance and direction to Account Management team supporting key accounts
