Greg Falesnik oversees all aspects of the firm’s investor relations activities. He plays an integral role in MZ’s consulting process; including institutional outreach, corporate communications and investment analysis. Throughout his career, has worked with dozens of senior management teams to build comprehensive and effective IR campaigns. His diverse investor relations experience spans across multiple industries, including semiconductors, clean tech, financial technology, business services and consumer related companies. Greg has a deep understanding of the capital markets and a proven track record of working with both public and private clients of various sizes to provide quality corporate and capital formation advisory, crisis communications advice and investor relations best practices. He has also demonstrated success in securing sell-side analyst coverage, financial media exposure and long-term, fundamental shareholders for his clients. Greg has assisted with several successful IPO campaigns from start to finish, which consisted of building an effective roadshow presentation to clearly portray the investment story and position within the competitive landscape, preparing management for roadshows by coaching on presentation delivery and Q&A while providing investor and peer intelligence, working with underwriters to ensure pursuit of the most appropriate investor targets, advisory on communicating corporate milestones to employees and customers, developing a well-organized communications infrastructure by establishing the framework to issue news and conduct public quarterly conference calls, creating a new or enhanced Investor website section and constructing a comprehensive post-IPO investor communications and outreach plan.
