Leads and oversees the corporate real estate functions for Jackson and its subsidiaries/affiliates nationwide. This includes: real estate transactions, development, property/project management, facilities, workplace, security equipment, wellness/dining and technology integration.1M+ square feet - 30+ employee team -$25M+ annual spend

Leads the Workplace Strategies group and is responsible for the following roles to Jackson and its affiliates/subsidiaries nationwide:•Strategic Facility Planning – Work with senior management to develop short and long term strategies to ensure adequate space (real estate and facilities) is available to support business operations based on long term goals.•Space Planning and Management – Utilize space to provide the most economical solution for the company while promoting a productive environment for the end user. •Design and Construction – Implement capital improvements to accommodate change in the use or capacity of space (design, construction, technology integration with Security and IT as it relates to the infrastructure).•Security Equipment Management - Design and implementation of all security equipment/technology, including coordination with Corporate Security and IT.•Fitness and Nutrition Center Management - Program and facilitate the fitness/nutrition consulting on site through our local partner, State of Fitness.

Supervision and leadership for over $250M of construction: data centers, K-12 schools, hospitality, casinos, etc.
