Throughout my teaching career I have assumed many leadership roles. I was honored to be selected as the Professional Learning Commnuity (PLC) facilitator over the Elective Department as well as six years of head coaching experience as a track coach in which I managed student athlete’s grades, conducted study halls, won back-to-back District Championships (First in school history), and helped over a dozen student athletes receive scholarships to Universities around the United States. I have also had the title of Dean of students that was over school discipline, observed teachers in the elective departments, and also developed a curriculum for the subject Fine Arts Survey that met and enhanced the Common Core Standards
