Great stories build great brands. And vice versa. 6. Content is no longer king. It's a brutal dictator.7. There is no such thing as branded content. There is only good content, dismissed content and journalism.8. Saying that the word "authentic" is a cliche is itself a cliche. Just be earnest.9. Brands need to act less like advertisers and more like media companies.10. There's as much value in co-creation and curation as there is in creation, but there's no replacement for originality.11. Going big requires being bold.12. New ideas are the most vulnerable things and need to be nurtured and protected.
