Supported design and development of wound closure and homeostasis products. Co-led local and global teams requiring VOC gathering, product design and verification testing, and management of cross functional groups. Remotely supervised and managed international partners to ensure goals and objectives were met. Provided market assessments and project plans to senior management leading to the initiation of multiple projects. Successfully launched plastic surgery product projected to increase revenue 10% in the first three years.
