I control and implement the interior and exterior design, presentation, and landscaping, in addition to sourcing and procuring all furniture and fixtures for Barcelona and Barteca restaurants. I conduct seasonal market travel to Roundtop, Brimfield, and Atlanta while maintaining close communications with our global vendors. I collaborate closely with the international manufacturing operations in order to fabricate original designs for mass production. I am a key creative asset of the design process, consulting and delivering insight—design composition, materials, form, color stories, etc.—in conjunction with construction and architectural leads on concept design and layout. ♦ Streamlined operations and instituted best practices by consolidating and standardizing organizational procurement process; budget, logistics, and inventory system.

I administered and regulated the aesthetic direction for all store interiors, showrooms, and wholesale accounts across the U.S. I oversaw the end-to-end design operations; concept development, material and contractor sourcing, management, budget, and finalization. I directed on-site corporate studio operations; lighting, photography, and styling as the creative lead for all nationwide brand merchandising and display programming. I also directed all the window display installations and special events across North America, traveling to all stores on a bimonthly visual audit rotation. ♦ Developed sound and successful nationwide visual merchandising and window display budget program to support full project lifecycles. ♦ Streamlined reset initiatives and operations by programming annual merchandising calendar to track all seasonal showroom/store/wholesale display events.

I oversaw all day-to-day store operations from supervising staff, ordering, and managing deliveries to analyzing product flow and aligning the store operations with shifting company policies. I facilitated the HR team with onboarding, staff training, development, and designing the employee engagement and motivational programs. I developed various PR and marketing initiatives by evaluating the market, trends, orchestrating in-store promotional events, networking with key clients, and cultivating tight communication between branches within the corporate offices. I also designed and maintained the visual displays and corporate merchandising directives, orchestrated overnight floor reset projects, and kept careful records of all seasonal movements and competitors. ♦ Consistently inspired 50+ sales team to successfully outperform monthly quotas over tenure by working with team to develop buyer acquisition techniques, thoroughly preparing team on new product information, and conducting daily accountability meetings and weekly recaps to evaluate past performances and plan for the weeks ahead.
