Accountable for effectively managing the practice group including the administrative and financial operations, development and implementation of the strategic business plan, client relationship/engagement management, executive recruiting, staffing, training, marketing, professional development and identifying and integrating existing and new service offerings for clients.Selected Achievements: - Grew revenues from startup to $110M; achieved 52% of the firm’s revenue growth over the past 3 years - Primary focus on achieving high profitable growth. Practice averaged over 80% utilization and margins above our competitors - Acquired and Integrated 5 transactions representing $23M in revenue to quickly expand geographic coverage and service offerings - Implemented strategy resulted in winning 4 marquee engagements each exceeding $30M. Led the pursuit and engagement teams that included the Lehman Examiner, Madoff Ponzi, Rescap and the Financial Crisis of 2007 and 2008 - Client driven focus resulted in national rankings including: #1 for IP Litigation Consulting in the U.S. (2014 and 2013 Best of the National Law Journal) #2 for IP Litigation Consulting in D.C.
