Project Lead- Led a payment integration project to completion resulting in a greater percentage of automated and on-time payments as well as lower department labor costs. Managed onsite designers / developers and several offshore developers located within India and the Philippines. Application Designer / Lead Developer- Developed three J2EE web based applications utilizing RUP methodology. Applications included a CRM promotion based application that resulted in better tracking of store promotions and greater accuracy of promotions delivered to the stores, a healthcare application used to comply with government HIPPA regulations and a inventory application that resulted in $20 million annual savings in cost recovery from inadequate and deficient supplier shipments.- Duties included requirements gathering, application demonstrations, database and system design, as well as software development, system deployment and user acceptance testing.
