Gregory's professional experience spans the Entertainment, Construction and Software industries. He presently invests in real estate in the Philadelphia and Boston areas. Prior to this venture, Gregory managed office build-outs and business development for Clifford-Group, Inc. in New York City.Gregory spent thirteen years at Endeavor Talent Agency (now William Morris Endeavor) where he was instrumental in launching and building Endeavor's Reality Television Department into an industry leader.Gregory sold numerous shows such as the game changer Queer Eye For The Straight Guy wholly redefined Bravo's brand; and Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew spawning multi-series franchise for VH-1. Gregory also helped Base Productions (Sport Science, Crime 360, Fact Or Faked) grow from small player to powerhouse selling for $65 million in 2011.Gregory worked with Thom Beers / Original Productions (Deadliest Catch) for which he initiated an industry-first prime time “Network Block” deal on NBC. Gregory also created a partnership between acclaimed filmmaker Ivan Reitman and Director / Producer Mike Clattenburg which turned Clattenburg’s hit Canadian television series Trailer Park Boys into a mainstream feature.Gregory started Better Work, Inc. in 2009 to market brands and products utilizing television, film, celebrities, social media, digital marketing and other emerging online platforms. Better Work created a partnership between Mytrack and NBC Universal / Shine Group centered on what became the fitness product The Biggest Loser SlimCoach. The deal included a license, show integrations, as well as the product's launch on the show and in retailers including Best Buy, Amazon, and Costco.Gregory earned his JD from BU Law (1995) and clerked for a Federal Judge in Boston (1995-1996). He graduated magna cum laude from BU with a BA/Psy (1991).
