As Vice President – Commercial Banking, I work with clients to provide effective growth strategies for their businesses while minimizing financial risks. My areas of focus include family and privately owned businesses with an emphasis on commercial and industrial companies. I also partner with our Private Wealth team to provide insight to owners and key executives on forward-thinking and timely strategies to help them grow and maintain personal balance sheets.

The Private Client Reserve is part of U.S. Bank Wealth Management, serving clients with $3 million or more in net worth. Our clients are typically business owners, corporate executives, professionals or others with complex needs who may benefit from integrated wealth management advice and services. We also serve nonprofit clients, including endowments and foundations.

-Manage a large troubled credit within the bank portfolio and provide quarterly updates to senior management-Spread company financial statements-Analyze all sailent risk factors and potential mitigating factors associated with proposed credits-Review collateral files and identify all regulatory, policy and document exceptions-Inform senior management of any irregularities noted while reviewing all pertinent documents
