In May 2022, I embarked on a 14-month tour of The United States and Canada (53 cities) to meet people and learn about their life stories. I called it "The Life Chronicler Project" and have written a book titled "Ordinary People, Extraordinary Lives: The Journeys and Stories from The Life Chronicler." The book's release date is in the second half of 2024. I used the interview process documented by Dr. Dan McAdams of Northwestern University in his book "the stories we live by." In my final role at Pfizer, I was responsible for designing a database structure for a custom, externally developed application used in identifying new injectable drug product candidates for management evaluation. I also overhauled the time reporting system for all divisional global scientists leading to a better understanding of effort on the multiple phases of all drug product programs.

My initial responsibilities in this role was in leading the technical implementation of a global scientific data management system. That later morphed into a role leading new injectable drug programs.• Implemented an electronic laboratory notebook system in the United States, Australia, and India that served as a central database repository. This led to data mining possibilities and facilitated global integration on projects that resulted in expedited scientific discovery and reporting.• Vetted new injectable drug product opportunities. Led a globally based, cross functional team of 30-35 people representing chemistry, microbiology, pre-clinical, clinical, legal, manufacturing, regulatory, commercial, and QA.• Post vetting, my final “early program stage” responsibility included preparing and presenting the case to senior management for a go/no go decision. Go decisions were transitioned to the Program Management Office for execution.
