Led and directed the activities of over 200 civilian acquisition professionals in a matrix organization. Responsible for and executed an annual budget in excess of $400M and $1.9B+ over the Program Objective Memorandum (POM). Added combat capability to the Army by accomplishing the Total Package Fielding of 8 HIMARS Battalions successfully. Conceptualized, created, and subsequently gained support of the Launcher Strategic Reinvestment Analysis which injected $850M to address obsolescence and crew survivability for the M270A1 through a focused modification effort to keep the fleet in service through 2030. Planned and implemented a modification program that leveraged other government Product Manager Offices to gain cost savings and efficiencies. Established an innovative overhaul program at an Army depot that leveraged three different types of funding which freed up millions of dollars for other Army Programs as well as protected these dollars against budget cuts. -
