Greg Perry is dedicated to the hotel industry on behalf of his investor clients. Strong financial foundations, asset maintenance, and impeccable operations experiences for guests drive value to all hotel investments. Previously, Greg was a Vice President and lead asset manager at Akoya Hospitality, overseeing luxury hotels and resorts in the United States and abroad. Before that, he led underwriting and acquisitions at Civitas Capital Group for all hospitality assets in the United States and ran point for the sourcing of new investment opportunities. Once acquired, hotels were asset managed by Greg and the Civitas team. Throughout his career, Greg developed, consulted, and managed hotel-centric commercial real estate portfolios across the US, Caribbean, Central America, Europe, Middle East, and in Sub-Saharan Africa. These portfolios primarily consisted of hospitality and multi-family assets, retail centers, offices, and light industrial sites. Greg has been a keystone when securing financing, performing feasibility studies and valuations for all asset classes, and creating efficient organizational and legal structures for mixed-use real estate developments. Greg spent the early years of his career consulting with HVS in the US and Dubai across the spectrum of hospitality asset classes and all phases of development. In total, Greg has been a key figure for more than $3 billion in assets during his career. He holds a Master’s degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University and an undergraduate degree in Education from Florida Atlantic University.
