Built DADO from idea to conception to being recognized as the “Industry’s Best Search Tool” by the MEP Contractors Association for its intuitive design and time-saving capabilities. In the last six months of my tenure, I helped drive a 60% increase in ARR and user growth by implementing new features that provided more contractors end-to-end features that they could use daily. I supervised a team of five engineers on a 6-week development cadence and managed two UX designers, aligning on scope and the product roadmap through Miro, Figma, and Jira.In addition, I supervised the creation of a patented document import and organization process(Application 63/161,950), taking it from user research and competitive analysis through to technical scoping and marketing. I also identified and executed enhancements to a digital forms feature, leading to a 400% increase in form submissions and 50% increase in digital form user base.Lastly, in this role, I oversaw the development of a 6-month product launch and testing plan, working closely with engineers to recommend impactful features supported by graph database technology with AWS Neptune and Athena.

For this employer, I was a part of a sponsored incubation team in collaboration with MACH49, Ispearheaded product discovery and validation research using Google Sprint and Lean Startupmethodologies.
