Greg Justice is Vice President with NFP Executive Benefits with significant experience in creating new business development opportunities increasing revenues for NFP and as a client relationship manager building relationships with HR/Finance executives. Prior to joining NFP, Greg held leadership positions with some of the largest, most respected human resource consulting and financial services firms in the world including Aon, WTW, and PwC.NFP Executive Benefits helps clients reduce expenses while at the same time enhancing and designing supplemental life, supplemental disability, and deferred compensation plans offered to highly compensated employee groups. Our practice works with clients in all industries including 26 Fortune 100 organizations. NFP Executive Benefits is also leading the effort as one of the largest providers of Long-Term Care (LTC) plans in the marketplace for an employer’s total employee population. Our ability to negotiate, educate and enroll these plans has resulted in many of the largest companies in the country offering LTC plans through us. We have developed a unique communication, education, and enrollment strategy leveraging our current infrastructure and have worked with several carriers to develop a solution to fill this void for large employers.Greg’s experience includes the design, implementation, and administration for LTC plans, deferred compensation plans, and supplemental benefit programs which include supplemental disability and supplemental life insurance plans for an organization’s highly compensated employees. He also has extensive experience with qualified retirement plans and investment advisory which include defined benefit plans and the various types of defined contribution plans in the marketplace.He is a graduate of Ball State University with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Actuarial Science. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), holds FINRA Series 7, 65, 63 and 6 securities licenses and maintains the necessary state insurance licenses for life, health, and variable products. Greg is also a member of WorldatWork, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) and Society of Actuaries.
