I am responsible for setting my appointments and coverage of our showroom. I meet with customers in their homes, gauge their needs and propose a comprehensive plan for their home remodeling needs.

As a Counselor Aide my primary responsibility is the supervision of the clients. My duties also include documentation, serving meals and facilitating and monitoring any didactic sessions, as needed.

As a Case Manager, I was responsible for a case load of thirty to thirty-five clients. I acted as their advocate while they were in treatment. My responsibilities included filling out all needed paperwork and liaising between their employer and municipal, state and federal courts and probation officers, if needed. Also, I set up all discharge plans and aftercare needs.

As the Lead Chemical Dependency Technician, my duties are varied. My main responsibilities include supervising and organizing a daily staff of six to ten Chemical Dependency Technicians, disseminating information from the Residential Housing Supervisor and Clinical Director, supervision of client apartments, organizing transportation of clients to and from property and the intake process for new admissions. I also received extensive training in the medication room. I, also, was responsible for the daily supervision of the Bed Board for total client accountability.

My responsibilities at this Company were extensive. I held the titles of Tele-Application Specialist, Customer Service Representative and Retention Agent. My responsibilities included processing Health and Life Insurance applications directly from agents while speaking with the client. Also, I had direct contact, playing the role of CSR and Agent, with many Carriers on a daily basis. As a Retention Agent I was responsible for any and all policies that were up for renewal, or to deal with any clients that wanted to cancel their policies. This also included up selling and reselling.
